Information you send us
When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, subject and message you enter. The form sends this information to our office by email so we can reply to you. Please don't include Social Security numbers, bank details or tax documents in the form — we'll arrange a secure way to share those once you're a client.
The tax estimator
The Federal Income Tax Estimator runs entirely in your web browser. The figures you enter are not sent to us or stored by us.
How we use it
We use what you send only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We don't sell, rent or share your information for anyone else's marketing.
Service providers
Our website is hosted by Vercel, and contact-form messages are delivered by an email service (Resend). These providers process information only to run those services for us. Like most websites, our host keeps short-term technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security and to limit abuse of the contact form.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it doesn't track you across other sites.
Client tax information
Information you give us as a tax client is confidential. As tax return preparers we follow federal rules on protecting taxpayer information and only use or disclose it as those rules allow or as you authorize.
